How to make Sonny's OLD FASHIONED! (Cocktail Recipe - Sonny's Old Fashioned)
Ladies & Gents! I’m coming out with a new album called “Old Fashioned” and in honour of that new album I’ll be showin’ you how to make MY signature cocktail: Sonny’s Old Fashioned!
Ingredients:
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
2 dashes honey simple syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
zest & garnish orange & lemon
Start by pouring bourbon into a rocks glass with ice, don’t measure - just go by feel. Add 3 dashes of honey simple syrup, 2 dashes angostura bitters & 2 dashes orange bitters. Zest and garnish with an orange & lemon peel. That’s How She Goes! Now y’can Give’r buds! Cheers! 🎶🤠🥃🎶

I hear that no good scallywag Sonny Mac is showin' you how to make cocktails - but he hasn't even shown you the best one! The one named after me o'course... The NIGHT RIDER!
Ingredients:
2 oz Basil Hayden Dark Rye
1/2 lemon squeezed
6 blackberries
2 dashes turbinado simple syrup
zest & garnish blood orange peel
Start by muddling the blackberries in a mixing glass, add whiskey and squeeze 1/2 of a lemon. Add 3-4 dashes of turbinado simple syrup. Shake well with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with an ice cube. Express and garnish with a blood orange peel.

How to make a MOONSHINE cocktail "HOLY WATER" and Bring SIGHT to the BLIND!

Ingredients:
1 oz Hansen Distillery Moonshine
1/2 lemon squeezed
3 dashes honey simple syrup
3 dashes orange bitters
3 oz ginger ale
zest & garnish lemon peel
Pour the moonshine into a rocks glass with ice, squeeze in 1/2 a lemon. Add 3 dashes of honey simple syrup & 3 dashes of orange bitters. Next pour in the ginger ale & stir. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Happy Canada Day, Buds! Today I'm showin' you how to make my homemade Goose Tears cocktail in this cocktail recipe video. It's an all-Canadian drink for this Canadian celebration, so crack open some Canadian alcohol and enjoy the long weekend! Cheers! Enjoy some all Canadian "Goose Tears"
Ingredients:
2 oz Bridgeland Distillery Taber Corn Berbon
4 dashes maple simple syrup
1 dash Wild Life Alberta Botanical Bitters
maple sugar rimmer
garnish with a haskap berry
Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with maple sugar. Add in an ice cube and 2 oz of Canadian whiskey. Add 4 dashes of maple simple syrup & 1 dash of Wild Life Alberta Botanical Bitters. Stir well and then garnish with a haskap berry.

Announcer: And we're back at the Evening show with your host... Don Sacremento!
Don: Thankyou Ladies and Gentlemen, you're absolutely magnificent! We've got a great show for you tonight! Our first guest of the evening is the subject of many cowboy stories that border on the fantastic. A musician who's song can make you smile or bring a tear to your eye, the South Strathcona Songsmith himself... Sonny Mac!
Sonny enters through the curtains to applause waves and takes a seat at the couch
Don: So great to have you here Sonny!
Sonny: Thanks Don, well you know I was just passing through town and they say you've got the best booze so how could I say no?!
Audience laughs
Don: We stocked right up just for you!
Sonny: Thats great!
Audience laughs
Don: Well Sonny what have you been up to? You're here to share something special with us aren't you?
Sonny: I sure am Don! I've been hard at work writing some new tunes for y'all and I've put together a fancy new album that's sure to git 'er done!
Don: That's right! We've got one right here - let's take a look at this! Isn't that nice? It's a new album, but uhh I believe “new” may be a bit of a misnomer... eh this ones called “OLD” Fashioned?
Sonny: Yuppers! It's my new OLD album!
Audience laughs
Don: What a curious name, whats the story behind that?
Sonny: Well the whole idea behind it is that it's a play on words y'see. As y'can tell that right there on the front is my favourite drink of all, an Old Fashioned! Also all the music on the album is written and recorded in much the same way the greats of the past have done it, the Old Fashioned way. Finally it's an album about me and I'm an Old Fashioned sorta guy! There ya go! Three Old Fashioneds in one! What a deal!
Don: You sure have an Old Fashioned sense of humour I can tell you that!
Shakes the album
Don: I can hear something rattling in there, there's more than just music in here isn't there?
Sonny: Why yes! In each copy I've included a bunch of goodies. Go on open it up!
Don opens the album and lays out each of the pieces
Don: Wow would you look at that!
Sonny: Yup! It's a whole meal deal! The music comes in a few different forms with this album, firstly you've got the Bottle Opener USB stick with all of my albums & album art on it – it's really useful for when you wanna drink AND listen to music – and secondly have you heard of this new technology that they're comin out with? This right here is what they call a Tape Cassette! The whole Old fashioned album fits right on there if you can believe it!
Don: Nobody tell him about CD's!
Audience Laughs
Don: And what are these?
Sonny: Those I'm really excited fer, with each album you get a cocktail booklet! I curated my favourite mix drink recipes in that thar booklet – follow those instructions and you're in for some tasty deliciousness I tell ya what! And you know I'm a sentimental guy, I've had some good times over the years – so in order to immortalize those memories I've taken some Polaroids.
Don: Sonny these are polaroids of drinks!
Sonny: You know it! Memories of givin'r, the best of times!

Sonny: Finally we have the piece du resistance! I had these here coasters custom made by my brother, the talented woodworker he is! Ain't these somethin' else!? Sturdy & stylish!
