Borrachon
​
Sonny Mac's drunken alter ego - at times an amped up version of Sonny's best intentions, and at others a messy reckless force of nature. He's been known to take out a whole bandit gang single-handedly with only a big iron in one hand and a bottle of whiskey in the other. A dangerous foe to The Night Rider, but also an unreliable aimless weapon at times. Because his blind reckless nature is unpredictable, he's created a mess for Sonny Mac to clean up from time to time.
Sonny Mac

The singing cowboy, a lonesome traveller spreading song and smiles wherever he goes. A simple musician who's happiest when there's a song in his heart and a drink in his hand. Spreading cheers around and always doing what's right. Beneath his cheery exterior hides a lonesome broken heart that yearns for companionship. He's a storyteller who can cast a yarn so fantastical you wouldn't believe it!
Sonny's Horse, Dan

Sonny's trusty steed, more loyal than a dog and more carrot hungry than a rabbit. He's helped Sonny out of more jams than he can count. Always happy to add to the conversation with a neigh or clip clop of his hooves.
The Night Rider
​
Sonny Mac's dark reflection, the outlaw cowboy bandit king. His ruthless leadership has brought notoriety to his bandit gang. A cunning outlaw who's deep voice brings chills down your spine. He is vain and desires the world's riches - his most sought after posession is a horde of gold. He's an unstoppable force, even when you think he's down he's never out. Even after setbacks he rises from the ashes to enact his revenge.
Father Iver, The Preacher Man

A corrupt hobo street preacher who's only out for himself. A master manipulator, he pulls the strings behind the scenes to accomplish his evil goals. He's been the reason for some of the biggest clashes between Sonny Mac and The Night Rider. He will lie, cheat, and steal from anyone and everyone. He manages to stay under the radar because of his appearance, no one expects the lowly street person to have such hidden machinations. His words can hypnotize and persuade the weak minded to his cause.
Don Sacremento
​
The host of The Evening Show, a charismatic smiling face for the audience at home. He had his start in the radio business, a host which showcased his discerning taste in music - often bringing attention to deep cuts and classic songs. He has a flair for the dramatic and visual style - all of which is exemplified by his favourite word "Magnificent!" Some may say he's over the top, but he would characterise himself as a showman with character. Never one to let a good joke go by, he's been known to surround himself with comedians - he has a deep reverence for the craft of the standup show.
